The United States invaded Haiti with the idea of returning peace and stability to that country. The United States Army 4th PSYOP Group prepared a number of consolidation leaflets to encourage the people to back their new government. These leaflets were made of cardboard and handed out rather than air delivered. They are a little larger than a postcard. The first leaflet shows two hands shaking, with various symbols of Haiti and the words in their language that mean "Government - Democracy - the People."
The second leaflet is deep blue, with a flag of Haiti in full color in the center. Around the flags are the words in Creole "Democracy - The Multinational Force - Peace." A white dove is shown at the far right.
