The front of this leaflet provides instructions to the Iraqi soldiers how to achieve safe conduct and not be fired upon. They are to abandon their armored vehicles and move at least 1 kilometer away from their equipment.  Specific surrender instructions are listed on the back.

"FOR YOUR SAFETY FOLLOW THESE COALITION GUIDELINES

• Park your vehicles in squares no larger than battalion size.

• Stow artillery and air defense artillery systemst in travel configuration.

• Display white flags on vehicles.

• No visable man portable air defense systems.

• Personnel must gather into groups, a minimum of one kilometer away from their vehicles.

• Officers may retain their sidearm, others must disarm.

• Do not approach Coalition forces.

• Wait for further instructions.
