This leaflet, sporting a portrait of Saddam Hussein, is one of several leaflets that were created that looked like Iraqi 25 Dinar Notes (Iraqi money) on the front but had a psychological warfare message on the reverse.

TRANSLATION

The money in Iraq has no value. There is no food, no peace, no happiness in Iraq. There is thirst, there is hunger, there is misery, and there is death in Iraq. Saddam is responsible for all the misery. Act against Saddam now. Saddam’s fall is inevitable.
